It aims to develop the career skills of our students and alumni by providing career support both before and after graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group grid u-grid-2\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group focus u-bg-bordo-50\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p class=\"focus__num wp-block-paragraph\">MISSION<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading focus__title\">Our Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"focus__desc wp-block-paragraph\">To prepare our students and alumni for the future by developing their life skills, to support them in taking responsibility for their own career development in line with their inclinations while improving their adaptability skills, and to provide internship and job opportunities to students in collaboration with industry.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group focus\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p class=\"focus__num wp-block-paragraph\">VISION<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading focus__title\">Our Vision<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"focus__desc wp-block-paragraph\">To be a leading institution that follows innovation in the career development process, is open to productivity, guides career development with scientific data, and ensures industry-student collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group sec-head u-mt-42\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p class=\"kicker wp-block-paragraph\">OUR OBJECTIVES<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h-lg sec-head__title\">Our Purpose<\/h2>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group prose\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>To inform students and alumni about Career Center services<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To organize career guidance and counseling sessions conducted by career counselors at the Career Center<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To promote the platform to students\/alumni and employers<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To support academic knowledge through personal development seminars<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To organize information sessions on national and international exchange programs such as Erasmus+, Farabi, and Mevlana<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To increase internship opportunities; to increase the number and quality of collaborations and agreements with employers, other external stakeholders, and relevant departments within the university for vocational and experiential training<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To enhance the professional competencies of Career Center staff through professional networks; in this context, to collaborate with Career Centers of other universities, NGOs, and educational institutions<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Career Planning, Application and Research Center was established in March 2021 (Official Gazette).
