Buna g\u00f6re, bir peygamber veya filozof-kral, akl\u00ee bilgiyi duyulur formlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren \u201cm\u00fctehayyile g\u00fcc\u00fc\u201d sayesinde toplumu ve \u015fehri organize ederek y\u00f6netir. \u015eehrin her birimini kapsayan bu y\u00f6netimin as\u0131l hedefi, bireylerin ki\u015fisel kabiliyetlerini geli\u015ftirmelerine ve teorik ile pratik bak\u0131mlardan yetkinle\u015ferek metafizik ilkeyle (Fa\u00e2l Ak\u0131l) do\u011frudan ili\u015fki kurmalar\u0131na olanak sa\u011flayan bir yap\u0131lanma olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Bilgi ve erdemin h\u00e2kimiyeti olarak nitelendirilebilecek bu y\u00f6netim \u015fekli, bireylerin filozoflu\u011fa y\u00fckselmesi veya yetkinle\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine uygun yasalar\u0131n konulmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir. B\u00f6ylece, \u015fehir y\u00f6netimi esas olarak bilgi, erdem, yasa ve yetkinle\u015fme kavramlar\u0131 etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenir. Bu d\u00fczen, toplumun metafizik ve burh\u00e2n\u00ee ilimler do\u011frultusunda tanzim edilmesini ama\u00e7lar. Makalede, F\u00e2r\u00e2b\u00ee \u00f6zelinde \u0130slam filozoflar\u0131n\u0131n burh\u00e2n\u00ee bilimleri \u015fehir veya devlet y\u00f6netimine nas\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fckleri tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Abstract:<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>The administration of city or society has been considered as embodiment of knowledge of truth in Islamic philosophy since F\u00e2r\u00e2b\u00ee. Accordingly, a prophet or philosopher-king organizes and administers the society and the city with the power of *mutahayyila*, which transforms rational knowledge into sensible forms. The main goal of the administration is to establish a settlement that improves the personal capacities of individuals and makes a direct connection to the Active Intellect possible. Therefore, we can call the administration of a city the &#8216;domination of knowledge and virtue.&#8217; This administration necessitates determining the stages between the ordinary person and philosopher and laying down laws. Hence, the administration of a city is essentially considered in the context of knowledge, virtue, law, and *entelekheia*. This involves organizing society according to the data of apodeictic sciences, especially metaphysics. While metaphysics serves as the final cause of the city by providing the general concept of being and the ultimate goal, the other sciences offer secondary goals and *entelekheia* in the process of perfectness.
