Ge\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar kurulan t\u00fcm T\u00fcrk devletlerinin te\u015fkilatlar\u0131 birbirinin devam\u0131 niteli\u011findedir. Hun devlet te\u015fkilat\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikleri ile ilk T\u00fcrk \u0130slam devleti olan Karahanl\u0131lar\u2019\u0131n devlet te\u015fkilat\u0131 ayn\u0131 tarihsel kodlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz bunun en son \u00f6rne\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin bir\u00e7ok kurumu ve uygulamay\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nden miras almas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrk ve d\u00fcnya tarihinin en \u00f6nemli devletlerinden biri olan Osmanl\u0131 Devleti de Sel\u00e7uklu k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyetinin devam\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti\u2019nin medeniyet ve devlet felsefesini anlamadan Osmanl\u0131 medeniyetini anlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Osmanl\u0131, Sel\u00e7uklu devlet gelene\u011fi ve temelleri \u00fczerinde in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Sel\u00e7uklu\u2019nun devlet tecr\u00fcbesini miras alan Osmanl\u0131 idarecileri, beyli\u011fi k\u0131sa zamanda a\u015firet yap\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kararak muntazam bir devlet haline getirmi\u015ftir. Sel\u00e7uklu\u2019nun Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya olan tesirleri yaln\u0131zca devlet te\u015fkilat\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015f; ayn\u0131 zamanda askerlik, maliye, e\u011fitim, sanat gibi pek \u00e7ok alanda da Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya referans olmu\u015ftur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Sel\u00e7uklu, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n teorisini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Bizim yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 medeniyetinin olu\u015fumunda Sel\u00e7uklu etkilerini ortaya koymakt\u0131r. Zira Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n cihan\u015f\u00fcmul bir imparatorluk haline gelmesi ancak Sel\u00e7uklu miras\u0131n\u0131 devralmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

All the Turkish Governments organizations established from past to the present are the continuation of one another. The characteristics of the Hun Turkish government and the first Islamic Turkish government known as Karahanl\u0131lar carry the same historical codes. The last example of this, without doubt, is the Turkish Republic\u2019s inheritance of many institutions and applications from the Ottoman Government.<\/p>\n

The Ottoman Government, one of the most important governments of Turkish and world history, is also the continuation of Seljukian culture and civilization. Therefore, it is not possible to understand Ottoman civilization without understanding the Seljukian government\u2019s civilization and government philosophy. The Ottoman was established over the Seljukian government\u2019s basis and traditions.<\/p>\n

The Ottoman administrators, who inherited the Seljukian\u2019s government experience, changed the seigniory from the tribe structure into a well-organized government. The effects of the Seljukian\u2019s on the Ottomans were not only restricted to the government organization but also referenced the Ottomans in many fields such as military, finance, education, and art. Accordingly, the Seljuk formed the theory of the Ottomans.<\/p>\n

The aim of this study is to present the Seljuk effects on the formation of the Ottoman civilization. Because the Ottomans became a universal empire by taking over the Seljuk inheritance.<\/p>\n
