\nTo prevent technical problems that may occur in your online exams, you may consider the recommendations below. We wish you success in your exams.<\/p>\n
1- Open the system at least 15-20 minutes before your online exam begins. After you press the button to start your exam, a countdown timer will start, and your exam will begin when the timer reaches zero. In this way, you can prevent congestion in the system and avoid possible freezing problems.
\n2- If your internet connection drops before you complete your exam, you will be logged out of the system without completing the exam. To prevent this problem, keep a tablet, mobile phone or similar device with you as an alternative, and make sure you also have an alternative internet connection. If you do not have adequate internet infrastructure at home, you can also come to our university and use the school’s internet infrastructure. If you experience such a problem, once you resolve your connection problem and log in to the system again, your exam will continue from where you left off.
\n3- After you complete your exam, you will see a notification in the system indicating whether your exam has been completed. In this way, you can check whether your exam was completed successfully.<\/p>\n
4- If the duration of your exam is insufficient, the course instructor may extend the duration of your exam. In this case, your exam continues from where you left off and only the time is extended.
\n5- In case of a technical problem or connection issues that may occur in the systems, it is recommended that you back up the answers to open-ended questions in your exams simultaneously in programs such as Word.<\/p>\n
6- Problems in multiple-choice exams such as being unable to move to the next question, being unable to mark a question or being unable to see a question, and problems in file-upload exams such as the system freezing or the file failing to upload while uploading, indicate that you are experiencing an internet connection problem caused by your internet service provider or the servers. In this case, you may try reconnecting to the internet via an alternative device and continue the exam from where you left off. It is also of great importance that you inform the course instructor of the situation without losing time and document the problem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
