{"id":4567,"date":"2021-12-27T11:11:30","date_gmt":"2021-12-27T11:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rc.hku.edu.tr\/uzom\/2021-2022-fall-aiit-turkish-language-proctor-directive\/"},"modified":"2021-12-27T11:11:30","modified_gmt":"2021-12-27T11:11:30","slug":"2021-2022-fall-aiit-turkish-language-proctor-directive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rc.hku.edu.tr\/uzom\/en\/2021-2022-fall-aiit-turkish-language-proctor-directive\/","title":{"rendered":"2021-2022 Fall Semester Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;s Principles and History of Revolution and Turkish Language Exams: Exam Proctor Directive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dear exam proctors,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The final exams of the Atat\u00fcrk\u2019s Principles and History of Revolution (AIIT) (A\u0130TT201, A\u0130TT101, HIS101) and Turkish Language-I (T\u00dcR101, T\u00dcR103) courses will be held between 28.12.2021 and 29.12.2021, through our university&#8217;s learning management system, on the relevant day and time in the final exam schedule determined by the relevant faculties\/schools\/vocational schools, and in our university&#8217;s laboratories <u>under supervision<\/u>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Points to be observed by the instructors serving as proctors during the exam: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students&#8217; identity documents must be checked before the exam. Students who do not have an identity document or whose identity documents are deficient will not be able to enter the exam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students&#8217; signatures must be collected before the exam by means of the exam signature list of the relevant course.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The exams of students who do not take the exam in the laboratory specified in the exam schedule during the relevant day and time will be <u>considered invalid. <\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the event of a technical problem during the exam, the distance education coordinator of the relevant faculty\/school\/vocational school, the course instructor (<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:murat.erkoc@hku.edu.tr\">murat.erkoc@hku.edu.tr<\/a>) and, from the Information Technology Directorate, H\u00fcseyin Y\u0131lmaz and Yasin G\u00f6kta\u015f can be contacted to resolve the problem.
