Note: The OYS has been replaced by the LMS. This content describes the old OYS workflow. In the LMS, students watch the recordings of the courses they are enrolled in on the “Recordings” screen in the menu; shared classes (merged courses) are defined in the system by UZEM. For current information, please see the LMS renewed announcement.
In the first weeks, before courses are merged, instructors start the live class from one group and send the live class link to the other groups so that all students can attend the class. However, because the courses have not been merged, students who join the class via the link cannot watch the class recording through the LMS. As a solution to this problem, the link to the video recording of the class can be copied from the LMS and shared directly with students.
This can be done by following the steps in this document.
